Once a busy week ahead for the Philadelphia Flyers, the team now finds itself with at least a week off. First reported by Darren Dreger and Frank Seravalli, Philadelphia’s Tuesday night game against the Washington Capitals has been postponed.
Thursday and Saturday’s games against the Devils were already postponed, making the next possible game Sunday against the New York Rangers.
Unfortunately, the NHL continues to struggle to play games. The Flyers are one of the latest victims postponements but they are far from the only ones.
Hopefully, Philadelphia can find ways to take positives from this delay. Of course, there are still some kinks to workout in their game. This may allow them time to iron some of their flaws out. Obviously, that all depends on what they are allowed to do.
For now, all we can do is wave our fists up at this frustrating world and hope the postponements do not go further than this Saturday.
